Product Exchanges and Refunds:
Limitations:
- Products must be returned in original condition (without damage, washing, or visible wear).
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt (We may allow extra time for extenuating circumstances like Christmas gifts).
Instructions:
- Contact customer service to have your return authorized. We will open a support ticket for you. Customer service can find you by your email address. Do not change email addresses while receiving support.
- Print a receipt of your purchase and include it with the product.
- Contact customer service to get product return form, fill it out, and include it.
- Carefully pack and return the product in its original packing. Include a copy of your receipt.
- For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
